On November 11th, Lu Jie, Chairman and President of the Group, led a delegation to visit Malaysia, where he held a multi-party cooperation meeting with senior leaders of Khazanah Nasional (Malaysia's sovereign wealth fund), Chairman of CVC Capital Asia Pacific, and Senior Investment Manager of Malaysia Climate Innovation Fund (MCIF). Hu Longke, Vice President of the Group, General Manager of the International Department and President of the International Company, accompanied and attended the meeting.
During the meeting, leaders of Khazanah Nasional warmly welcomed Chairman Lu Jie and his delegation, and highly praised the cooperation concept proposed by Guodong Group. All parties conducted in-depth exchanges on the possibility of cooperation in fields such as communication infrastructure, and jointly explored cooperation paths that are in line with the strategic interests of all parties. Chairman Lu Jie expressed gratitude to Khazanah Nasional for the attention and communication opportunities, and pointed out that Guodong Group will work with CVC Capital and MCIF to give full play to the resource advantages of all parties in their respective fields and jointly promote practical cooperation that meets the needs of regional development.
This strategic alignment between Guodong Group and Khazanah Nasional is a concrete action to actively respond to the "Belt and Road" Initiative and practice the "Global Development Initiative". As a representative of Chinese private enterprises "going global", Guodong continues to deepen connectivity cooperation with countries in Southeast Asia, demonstrating the pragmatic attitude of Chinese enterprises in participating in the joint construction of regional digital infrastructure and contributing corporate strength to building a closer China-ASEAN common market.
